  Empty counters and shelves (cut vegetables, ready to eat department, etc.); the deep fried chicken is overcooked, does not taste very good and dries out for hours before fresh stuff is made; not much of a selection compared to other IGA extra in the province, difficult to find a cart without broken baby safety belt, not the best customer service either, cannot compete with the selection, quality and service that you can get from Metro 5-10 minutes away. No innovation and no passion. The most common answers we get in that store are "we don't have it here", "we don't do this here" and "I don't know". This store feels like a "super C" or a Save-on-foods", not what I expect from an IGA.

  big store with a lot to offer. Meat and vegetables are fresh
