  Friendly caring staff always willing to help. The room was clean and fresh with a comfortable soft bed had a great sleep can't wait until my next trip to Gatineau

  And the worst, we wanted to keep the room for another day. And they wanted us to leave for 20 minutes to clean the room. Even if we didn't need it.

  It need renovation. Parking lot is full water puddles and bumpy. Door lock of the room are rusted and stuck, took me two keys and 15 minutes to enter into room for the first and every time. Bathroom soaps and shampoo are not provided. All the Tv channels are only running french content. Reception desk was helpful and allows flexible checkout time.

  A bit expensive for the quality of the room. A bit old, but at least it's a clean and decent place. Good WiFi. Friendly staff.

  It is a good motel with two queen size beds. But the service is not up to the mark. Thr door lock system is not smooth. Overall it is a good motel. I will give 4 starts out of 5
