    Purchased a sectional couch in early December and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Delivery people were an hour late and had the wrong couch. The store tells me they fixed the issue, and gave me 100$ discount plus additional discount on future purchase. Delivery rescheduled for today. Guess what? Still the wrong couch. Now that's two whole days of work that I miss for the couch. The icing on the cake? My couch was delivered to someone else, and you know what? It's now out of stock and back ordered. There's an order coming in another month, but hey, there's 57 people who have already purchased the couch and waiting, so even though they screwed up TWICE and I should already have my couch, I have to wait and maybe I'll get lucky and get it in MARCH. But hey, I got a 100$ and a promise of an extra discount right? Like they think I'm stupid enough to buy anything else there. But hey, it's ok, they have my 2000$ and my couch, so I guess it's a win-win for them. The most frustrating part is that I have friends that work there (whom have been amazing) and even they can't believe this.

    Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Buying our first home as we're waiting for our first child to arrive was stressful enough, so getting decently priced appliances was great. But having a faulty fridge delivered that beeps every 20 seconds to tell you the door is open when it's firmly closed was clearly not great in the slightest. It took over a month to get a replacement, so a month of having a fridge beeping every 20 seconds during which our baby was born, and I constantly told the agent we wanted this sorted before the baby arrived and would be bothered by the noise...but do they care, of course not as they already have your money in the bank.

    With so many bad reviews I know I need to post my positive review. I purchased a TV on Jan 6th, was told if the price drops within 30 days to call or come in to receive the difference back. Saw the model cheaper on the 18th, and called to ask about getting the difference back. Was given some confusing information, next day found something on their site and went in after work, and within 30 minutes I walked out with a 300 dollar refund. There was no argument or "oh no we cant do it for this reason" the staff was pleasant, and the sales person apologized for the confusion a couple times even though I said not to worry.

    I would strongly advise anyone to buy elsewhere. The customer service agent would tell me every time I called that he was waiting on a reply to his email from Samsung to confirm that they would send a new one. If there's no reply after a little while take some initiative and make a call! In the end I called Samsung and they gave me the authorization number I needed to give to Brault Martineau customer service. If you're looking for advice on where to buy appliances, DO NOT BUY HERE!! You may get lucky and get what you paid for, but I also have a co worker now who has had a faulty dishwasher delivered and is having the same issues with getting a replacement that is taking weeks. Avoid and go to Best Buy!

    I was in your store today about 2:30 .. looking at lamps and i seen one that i loved it is 259.00$ ....i walked through the store not one person asked if i needed help not a word from no one ...not even a smile ....now im not sure i want to get my lamp there .... have a talk to your staff please have a great evening .

    Horrible customer service. Came home with a brand new tv, mount it on the wall and the remote doesn't pair to the tv. We call Samsung and they trouble shoot with us, they say they'll have to send out a technician but to call the store they should be able to help us quicker...we bought the extended warranty so we assume that will help...nop...the warranty ppl say to go to the store or call Samsung...husband calls the store explains whats going on, they say to bring it in and they'll troubleshoot it and that if it doesnt work they'll exchange it. He drives 45 mins for them to not be able to figure out whats wrong and say there is nothing they can do to help us....the store manager was useless and not at all willing to help us out...
