  I had bought 2 blinds. However when I got home I had reversed the sizes and they needed to be return for the proper sizes. I had my receipt and told them I just wanted to exchange the 2 blinds for the correct sizes. I was told they would not take back the blind because the box had been opened. I had re-wrapped it all in the box including the plastic wrap. No was the answer from the grumpy little lady behind the counter. She's always grumpy and never has a smile on her face. What, really, No? I often buy my stuff at Rossy's as it's close by and it's local. I was going to buy shoes and I put them back. Last time I step foot in that store. I couldn't imagine working with her every day, must be a real joy job.

  As you enter the Rossy, you have to pass by the front door of the liquor store. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the Rossy as I was distracted by a case of Moldovan wine called Crama Regala which costs only$6.15 per bottle. I bought some, and to be honest, it wasn't too bad!
