  Service was slower than usual but one of the employees seemed new so I can live with that. He greeted me with a smile and even helped me choose a new coffee flavour to try. But then, when I asked for peanut butter, he looked lost, unable to find some, going here and there to finally return and tell me they were out of it. Unfortunately he didn't suggest butter or cream cheese for my bagel, I had to ask for it, along with a knife. We all start somewhere but I feel that this gentleman could use a bit more training before being left to himself. He would feel more confidend and offer better service.

  Try the almond latte (they also have coconut milk, cashew milk, and soy milk). The cranberry bliss bars are really good. This Starbucks is conveniently located in the Plateau area and has a drive-thru. This Starbucks is also a Starbucks Reserve.

  Probably the best coffee shop around the Aylmer sector of Gatineau. The have « Clover » technology that increases the taste of your coffee. You will absolutely enjoy the notes in every cup. Do try the RESERVE selection of the rare coffees. It’s worth it.

  It's a Starbucks. So, you should know what to expect. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, even though we visited in the middle of a very sloppy winter.
